Student Agritech Challenge
SITUATION

Agroholding MHP has started a digital transformation and was required to engage students for creative problem solving. The main purpose of the project was to receive new innovative ideas for optimization and automatization of agroindustrial process as well as, and to reboot employers brand positioning and attract young talents among students for internship and further employment.

APPROACH

Radar Tech had helped to identify the key challenge, develop the concept, and maintain the organization of 30-hours national student hackathon. Students from all over Ukraine worked in small groups over the weekend to develop innovative solutions while trying to improve production automation.
