“Silpo” was looking for new innovative solutions in e-commerce, guest experience and eco. Moreover, the company aimed to involve employees and students to the creative solution of cases, find fresh ideas inside and outside the company, improve corporate culture and brand awareness.
Radar Tech helped to design and deliver a 38-hour hackathon for employees and students to find new creative solutions. For two days, 250 participants worked on selected cases, prepared prototypes, received mentoring support from the company’s experts and presented the solutions to the jury.
