Radar Tech, in partnership with the Vinnytsia IT Association, organized the Hack4Impact hackathon in Vinnytsia for young people eager to create solutions for city and community development. The event aimed to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and practical innovation skills among students from local colleges and universities.
During the hackathon, participants aged 16 and older worked in teams to tackle real-world challenges provided by local businesses and municipal authorities. The 3-day program featured workshops on pitching and public speaking, mentoring sessions, prototyping, and final presentations before a jury. Participants received guidance from experienced mentors, industry experts, and lead mentors, worked with physical hardware, utilized 3D printing for prototyping, and tested their solutions in action.
The hackathon partners included the Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College, ITP “Krystal”, the Department of City Marketing and Tourism of the Vinnytsia City Council, NAVIGATOR, TIRAS, KNESS, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, and the PRINTO printing house.
