Kyivstar, as a part of Veon, planned to launch a digital product, which had strong competitors on the local Ukrainian market. Kyivstar was looking for risky ideas at the interruption of creativity and product management but creative agencies didn’t met the needs.


The most explosive ideas don’t born inside company and small creative agencies and independent creators are afraid to cooperate with leading corporation to offer cool ideas in tenders. Therefore, Radar Tech (ex VDNH-tech) together with Kyiv Academy of Media Arts organized a competition for young creators, which aimed to find independent creative professionals and provide them non-standard ideas for go-to-market strategy of new product
